Spiral Spirit Portal

Spiral Spirit Portal

Imagine if you will, for a single moment in time,
that which dwells within you, laying in wait,
for you to awaken to its very truth, its core.
The single epiphany that
can not be taught by a teacher,
can not be learned by a student,
and can not be recognized with the human eye.
Close your eyes -

A door, a portal, filled with blinding light,
a tarnished entity, stepping through the portal,
and becoming reborn, refreshed, and renewed.
Drenched in brilliant, translucent light,
the entity, is made whole.

Or is it truly made whole?
Is it possible, that the entity
was not made whole by the light?
Could it be that the spirit was
whole and complete to begin with?
And that the light, rather than being,
a blessing of redemption,
is merely a light of remembrance?
Remembrance of what?
That we are born whole,
and we go through this mortal coil,
intact, even as we transgress against others.

The entity passes through the portal of light,
and beyond, into darkness.
It is like swimming, drowning,
in nothingness.
It is complete, and it is nothing.
The entity stagnates.

What is the spirit to make of the
darkness that exists beyond the light?
How is the spirit to navigate
those murky waters of soot and ash?
How does one define oblivion,
chaos, eternity?

The spirit walks on, moving
beyond the duality of light and dark.
And there on its threshold,
is every color within the spectrum,
every second of every day,
every deed done, good and bad,
without judgment,
without punishment,
only understanding.

What is the spirit to conclude,
upon discovering what lies
beneath,
above,
and beyond?
Where will the spirit walk,
except into the prism of color?
Nirvana......
Heaven.........
Eternity............
A spiral spirit portal of resonating energy,
that encompasses,
and dwells within us, as well as out of us.

And if this is so,
then where can the spirit turn but inward,
to know that they are complete
in all things, a perfection of imperfection.
And what will the spirit know,
except that the divine,
which lays beyond comprehension,
dwells within the human spirit that seeks,
and that it lives within us all.

The truth, whatever it may be, lies within us all. All one must do is turn inward to find it.
